提交EIP时，发现以太坊团队又又又又修改了规则：
1、按官网eips.ethereum.org的说明，Fork了github.com/ethereum/EIPs。然后看到readme里面说他们分离了EIPs和ERCs，ERCs必须Fork这个仓库：github.com/ethereum/ercs。
2、完成Fork，一看说明又傻眼了：
Before you write an ERC, ideas MUST be thoroughly discussed on Ethereum Magicians or Ethereum Research. Once consensus is reached, thoroughly read and review EIP-1, which describes the EIP/ERC process.
3、如果你是新人，那肯定会去 Ethereum Magicians 和 Ethereum Research 注册。我几个月前到 Ethereum Research 注册后，发现自己不能发帖，需要做什么任务忘了，因为当时就怒了！
4、ideas MUST be thoroughly discussed on Ethereum Magicians……我是2018年因为要提交我的第一个ERC开始用 Ethereum Magicians 的！Ethereum Magicians 八年来一直冷冷清清，常常人都没几个怎么be thoroughly discussed？！还有，Github本来就可以开通 Disscussions编辑小组的审查工作也是在那进行的。说区块链固步自封一点不过分。
我确实没有一次EIP能够按上次的经验顺利完成。这样一对比，道易程的创新还真是超级有价值！因为我们大大简化了开发者的工作！
发布在 Ethereum Magicians十个小时浏览量4，我们的工作没人讨论咋滴了我们和ChatGPT讨论的不行吗……所以我的工作会继续往前推进。
